Goose Island eGiftCard Terms and Conditions
eGiftCard terms and conditions:
1. General Terms
Your purchase of a Goose Island eGiftCard is an agreement between you and Goose Island and Labatt Brewing Company Limited (“Goose Island”, “We” or “Us”). By visiting https://gooseislandtoronto.ca/, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these eGiftCard terms and conditions ("Ts & Cs"). Goose Island reserves the right to change these Ts & Cs from time to time in its discretion.
Goose Island eGiftCards are available for purchase and redeemable online only at https://gooseislandtoronto.ca/. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Gift Cards.

To redeem an eGiftCard: Add the items you wish to purchase with your eGiftCard, go to the checkout page, and apply the code located at the “View gift card” link in your eGiftCard confirmation email.
If the gift card is not sufficient to cover the cost of the entire purchase, you will be prompted to enter credit card information, or to apply an additional eGiftCard.
If there are additional funds remaining on the eGiftCard after purchase, you can use the eGiftCard for future purchases.

4. View your Balance
Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but we can check and send that information to you. Contact email@example.com for balance inquiries.
All purchases are final. You may not return or cancel your Goose Island eGiftCard after it is received.
The maximum value that can be associated with any one eGiftCard is one thousand dollars ($1000.00). Total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day. You may not use an eGiftCard to purchase other eGift Cards. eGiftCards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

8. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please see the FAQs.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your eGiftCard, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and refer to your order number or email address associated with the eGiftCard purchase in the subject line.

Goose Island eGiftCards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or with PayPal.
11. Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers
All orders of eGiftCards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the web site with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your eGiftCard order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
If the date on which you want an eGiftCard delivered has passed and you have not received confirmation that the eGiftCard was sent, please contact email@example.com. Please refer to your order number or email address.
We are not responsible for eGiftCards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her eGiftCard. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.
12. Reasons for Failed Delivery
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGiftCard has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, it may be because: 1. spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder 2. recipient's firewall blocked the email 3. email inbox is over size limit 4. invalid email address
If you need further assistance, contact email@example.com and refer to your order number or the email address associated with your eGiftCard purchase in the subject line.
13. Personalized Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to an eGiftCard, simply type your message in the Message field on the Gift Card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGiftCard. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
OTHER THAN FOR EXPRESS, LEGAL OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE EGIFTCARDS, AND ANY PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE USING THE EGIFTCARDS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.
15. Limitation of Liability
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR BODILY OR MORAL INJURY, SO THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT THAT IN NO EVENT WILL GOOSE ISLAND OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE (i) FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EGIFTCARDS OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED USING THE EGIFTCARDS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, OR (ii) FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM, DEMAND OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM, DEMAND OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY TRANSACTION THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
You hereby consent that any dispute relating in any way to Goose Island eGiftCards shall be adjudicated in Ontario, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ontario.
