BLAST! Brut sour with cherries - 7.5% ABV

Blast is a Sour Ale made with copious amounts of tart red cherries, then finished with Champagne yeast and Brettanomyces to create a beer that finishes bone dry. Expect a highly effervescent beer with flavours of kiwi, pineapple, cherry blaster, and sparkling wine.
